I feel that Cuttin' Up is the best place to get your hair done in town. I am a guy, but the women I've talked to in there while I've been in there feel that the stylists at Cuttin' Up are better than any other place in town (such as Head Hunters, Bahama Mama, The JC Penny salon, Arte y Estilo of Cesar, HeadHunter, and numerous others.) For the price, the haircut you will get exceeds what you would expect for such a price (adults cuts are about $14). My favorite stylist at Cuttin' Up is a woman named Lynn. She is young, about 21, but has the knowledge and skills of someone who has been cutting hair for years. I would recommend you ask for her. She highlighted my hair and cut it and my hair is the best it has looked in such a long time. I easily give Cuttin' Up as a whole a 9 out of 10. And I would give my stylist, Lynn, a 15 out of 10 because she far exceeded my expectations!
